Wines sourced from best family vineyards in Sonoma County
Tasting Notes
A rich, elegant example of the unique characteristics produced by the Paso Robles AVA.
Dark garnet velvet in color and texture, this Cabernet from Paso Robles highlights what the region is quickly being know for, those delicious Bordeaux grapes. Featuring rich dark fruits with notes of black cherry, blueberry and spice, this full bodied Cabernet showcases complex tannins and finishes with savory pepper spice and black currant from the Petit Verdot. Pairs extremely well with all red meats and game. Our favorite pairing is a blue-cheese encrusted bacon-wrapped filet mignon.

Ammunition Wines
The history that triggered Daylight Daylight is the shared vision of two guys who had a dream of making wine and after some not-so-careful consideration, they pooled some money together and made it happen. Andy was born and raised in Sonoma County where he started working harvests and interning to get a “cellar degree”. Meanwhile, Bill was working on brand innovation for a few other wineries when a mutual friend introduced them. They hit it off right away and never looked back.
Our Commitment
Daylight’s core is about being uncompromising on quality even when faced with the prospect of competing with wineries many times our size. Our wines are sourced from some of the best family vineyards in Sonoma County, and are sold at prices that are extremely aggressive given the pedigree of the fruit. Every drop of wine we produce represents our uncommon (and admittedly, at times, obsessive) pursuit of perfection. It’s the result of long hours, hard work and sleepless nights. We make wine for people. Not critics.
